• Terms of Service

Read the following carefully before you submit a commission request. If there are any remaining questions, please don't hesitate to reach out via dms or my email [email protected].

Will Draw
- Characters of any age, sexuality, ethnicity, etc
- OCs, OCxCanon, Canon characters
- Humans, humanoid characters
- Anthro characters are more difficult, and I don't mind doing a rough mock-up as a preview, but order at your own discretion
- NSFW (providing the commissioner & the characters depicted are 18+)
- Selfcest (the same character shipped with an alternate version of themselves)
Won't Draw
- NSFW of real people
- More animalistic anthro, quadruped animals
- Hyper detailed mechanics
- Discriminatory, problematic, or hateful themes
- Noncon, underage NSFW, incest

GENERAL

- I retain the rights to the artwork and have the right to post it, use it in any portfolio, record its process for a speedpaint, etc
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- As the commissioner, you are free to use the artwork for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY (e.g. print it for personal use, use it as a wallpaper, icon, etc.). I currently am not accepting commissions for artwork to be used for commercial purposes. This is subject to change.
- You are free to upload the artwork as long as you provide credit to me, the artist. If you would like a watermarked version of the work for this purpose, please let me know.

USAGE

You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial use including:
- Printing the artwork to hang on your wall or for a gift
- Uploading the artwork to your social media pages or websites, provided credit to me, the artist, is included (If you post it online: always post a small, low-resolution image online to avoid art theft. Never post the unwatermarked version to online spaces, again to avoid theft)
- Using the finished commission as a reference image for another artist's commission

Non-Commercial, Private Use Only

- Private use means you are paying for the work & time of me, the artist, but not for the commercial usage rights/license. The copyright of the artwork itself remains with the artist who painted the original artwork. You still own your own character design, but not the copyrights to the painting
- This means that YOU CAN’T: Sell or license the artwork, use it for promoting or advertising purposes (social media marketing, for example), re-distribute, alter, claim the artwork your own or gain monetary profit off of the artwork.

The use of the artwork for the following is absolutely FORBIDDEN: NFTs, Artificial Intelligence Software (AI), Crypto business, Print/Merchandise redistribution.

PAYMENT

- Payment required fully in advance, via PayPal invoice. Prices are presented in USD. Cryptocurrency is not accepted
- For orders above $100 USD you may request to pay me in two parts (50% upfront, 50% after the art is done, or any arrangement that fits you better). Please let me know in advance so that we can better discuss it
- On completed pieces, the first correction is free, beyond post procession every change will cost $25/correction. Please make sure you are giving clear and coherent instructions and descriptions
- No refunds on finished artwork, but you can cancel and receive a refund on a commission if I have not completed the preliminary sketch

PROCESS

- Once the full payment (or first payment--see above) is received, I will confirm that I received the payment with the client and begin the sketching process
- It typically takes up to one month for the preliminary sketch to be completed. This will be sent to the client for approval and any needed changes.
- Once any necessary changes are made and the client is happy with the result, I will begin the finishing touches of the work.
- The final piece will typically take another month, and I will email the client a copy of the work for approval. Please see above for the correction process.
- This is a rough timeline, but one I am confident in. I will be in communication about any changes, and the volume of commissions might change my speed of return as well.
